Embroidery Operator
Location: Fairfield, OH
The Embroidery Machine Operator operates multi-headed, computerized embroidery machines.
Shift Options -- Full Time
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM -- 2:30 PM + OT
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM -- 11:00 PM + OT
Essential Job Functions
- Operate computerized, multi-head embroidery machines.
- Upload digitized files and input thread color sequences.
- Select correct logo rotation and properly hoop items.
- Ensure embroidery placement and quality throughout production.
- Make machine adjustments including tension, needles, and bobbins.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Speed and accuracy to meet production quotas.
- Ability to follow written instructions and communicate with leads.
- Printing or embroidery experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
