Do you know your perennials—or want to learn them?

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable team member to help care for and manage our perennial selection during the busy season. This role blends hands-on plant care, merchandising, and customer interaction—perfect for someone who enjoys working with plants and helping people succeed with theirs.

What You’ll Do

• Care for perennial plants through watering, maintenance, and daily upkeep
• Monitor plant health and proactively address issues
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing incoming plant inventory
• Restock and merchandise perennial displays to keep them full, clean, and visually appealing
• Generate and maintain pricing and signage
• Help customers select perennials and provide guidance on planting, care, and compatibility
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the greenhouse
• Support general customer service and team needs during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 25–50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work in warm, humid, and changing conditions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Experience & Skills

• Experience with perennials or greenhouse work is a plus , especially the ability to identify common varieties and understand basic care
• New to perennials? That’s okay. We’re happy to train individuals who are eager to learn and interested in plants
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
