What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, keeping service smooth and standards high

• Help manage financial goals by monitoring labor, inventory, and cost controls

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
