Primary Resp onsibilit ies

The ITFA software development student will work directly with our software development team on various projects. We leverage Agile and Lean techniques, such as acceptance test-driven development, continuous integration, and story-based iterative development. As an ITFA student, you will learn and be involved in various phases of software development, from requirements definition to production. You will learn from a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, product managers, and testing staff, collectively striving to quickly deliver high-quality, high-value software. We strive to provide value to our customers with each iteration. Other responsibilities may include:

• Assist in the design and development of web applications and APIs that allow our business partners and customers to be more efficient and productive.

• Participate in design sessions with other Developers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Users and Quality Assurance Analysts.

• Work in a collaborative, agile, team environment that leverages the latest stack technologies.

• Write SOLID code using test-driven development methodologies.

• Execute development tasks in accordance with project timelines.

• Develop automated tests in partnership with application development for continuous regression testing.

This is a Hybrid position which requires a drug screen and background check prior to employment .

Salary Range:

• This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
