POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing captivating designs that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages across various media platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the development of innovative advertising campaigns and visually stunning collateral materials. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to deliver exceptional results within strict deadlines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for advertising campaigns across multiple channels Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance advertising strategies and campaigns. Present design concepts and ideas, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback into final designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks and responsibilities to junior designers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Conduct regular quality checks on designs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Strong conceptual abilities, solid art director skills and a knowledge of the digital design landscape Prepare and organize the design assets for client presentations, ensuring materials are well-structured, visually appealing, and effectively convey design concepts. Remain current on the latest trends, consumer preferences, and best practices in the industry Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions Remain informed about current pop culture and social media trends in order to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns.WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
At least 4+ years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track record Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting Experience working with large teams in client facing role Excellent written and presentation skills Excellent grasp of design and layout fundamentals Able to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, AI Tools Knowledge of digital media and experience designing for various digital platforms is highly desirable. Proficiency in front-end development work (CSS and HTML) and working within a CMS is a plusWHO YOU ARE:
