We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Support Team (CST) Peer Support Professional to join our team full-time. This role is essential to our mission providing therapy crisis support and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Community Support Team (CST) Peer Support Professional with ACS you will provide community based services.

• Provide community-based service for adults age eighteen and older who have a mental illness or a substance abuse disorder.
• Provide scheduled activities that promote recovery self-determination self-advocacy and enhancement of community living skills.
• Provide wellness education via teaching problem solving anger management and other life skills.

Location:Hayesville NC

Compensation: $18.23 - $20.69

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• NC Peer Support Specialist Certification
• Valid drivers license to be able to transport consumers.
