We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Night Shift team.

About the Role:

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of our Registered Nurses. You will be responsible for administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing various treatments as needed. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and complete records of resident care and progress
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio
• 1 years of experience required, but experience in long-term care or a related setting is preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
