As a **Security Officer - Patrol** in **Marion, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role will include routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and supporting access control measures. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related violations, and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrolling activities and incident reports as required by site procedures.
+ Collaborate with client personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
