About the Role:
Collier Care LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Canal Fulton, OH! Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage office calendars
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative coursework a plus
- Previous experience in an office assistant, administrative assistant, or clerical role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Brittco)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional, dependable, and a positive team-oriented attitude
