Chick-fil-A Easton Town Center is seeking highly motivated, hungry, smart and humble

someone who can help lead our business in a high capacity; someone that

well. You must have a teachable persona, and must also be able to coach team
members when necessary.

As a Talent Director, you will be a vital part of the leadership team, responsible for managing and enhancing the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes for our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our workforce, attract top talent, and create a positive and engaging work environment where team members thrive.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational needs and work closely with leadership to meet staffing goals.
- Are adaptable, open to learning, and willing to support various aspects of talent management within the restaurant.
- Ability to lead through problem solving, casting vision, and driving superior results

- Set the tone for the fun, family environment in our restaurant
Restaurant Operations
- Serve in operational roles over peak meal periods at the restaurant, assisting with dining room hospitality, order taking, order fulfillment and preparation
Qualifications
·Be at least 18 years of age
· Outgoing and professional
· Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
· Full time availability
· Strong skills in the areas of coaching, training, customer service, organization and planning
