Chick-fil-A Easton Town Center is seeking highly motivated, hungry, smart and humble

As a Talent Director, you will be a vital part of the leadership team, responsible for managing and enhancing the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes for our restaurant. Restaurant Operations

• Serve in operational roles over peak meal periods at the restaurant, assisting with dining room hospitality, order taking, order fulfillment and preparation

Qualifications

·Be at least 18 years of age

· Outgoing and professional

· Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

· Full time availability

· Strong skills in the areas of coaching, training, customer service, organization and planning
