Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Ohio SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing and short-term rehab settings is required.
• Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and implementing individualized treatment plans preferred.
• Proficiency with documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: 5 days per week with flexible selection of days.
• Candidates should be prepared to work with skilled nursing and short-term rehab populations.
