Job Description
You will assist with general maintenance, complete work orders, and support the lead tech with daily property needs.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- To complete work orders and unit turns
- To perform basic appliance troubleshooting
- To maintain grounds and common areas
- To use personal hand tools to complete tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous apartment or facility maintenance experience
- Ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Own set of tools required
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
Job Details
- Location: Willoughby Hills, OH 44094
- Pay: $20/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
- Type: Contract Role
- Start: Immediate
