Maintenance Technician Opportunities – Non-Certified & Certified!

Do you have general maintenance, construction, or renovation experience? Whether you’re just getting started or have HVAC/EPA certification, we have a place for you!

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals ready to take the next step in their career.

Typical Maintenance Responsibilities May Include:

• Completing and troubleshooting service requests
• Light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Appliance repair and installation
• Lock changes and light bulb replacements
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Non-Certified: Maintenance experience in apartment or similar setting
• Certified: HVAC/EPA certification a plus, CPO license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and team mentality
• Basic hand tools required (e.g., screwdriver, pliers, wrenches)
• Power tools a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Friendly and professional demeanor
