As a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of high quality apartment communities.
Currently, we are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time
Property Manager .
Responsibilities And Duties
- Oversees the operational and financial aspects of our residential apartment community
- Responsible for managing the leasing and maintenance teams
- Collections
- Revenue enhancement
- Reporting
- Compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Monitors leasing performance
- Oversees financial statements and revenue
- Responsible for expenses and occupancy goals

Requirements
- Requires 3 - 5 years of recent experience in a Property Management leadership role and leasing experience.
- Possesses exemplary customer service
