Summary

To assist administrative staff, service desk team and management staff in the clerical operations of the Facilities Services Office.

Essential Functions

• Open, date stamp, and distribute mail
• Perform data entry and filing
• Copy, scan, sort and distribute documents
• Perform courier service to other offices on and off campus
• Perform designated tasks as assigned by the secretaries

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, push and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willing and able to follow directions and work independently
• Maintain valid driver's license and be insurable by BGSU
• Familiar with MS Office programs, including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of business office operations and customer service expectations
