Fulfillment Specialist
Position Summary
Bryan Medical is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to support order processing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management at our Fairfax location.
Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders
- Submit purchase orders to vendors
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory replenishment
- Verify incoming shipments and identify nonconforming goods
- Stock inventory and maintain warehouse organization
- Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain shipping supplies and support general operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory management preferred
- ERP experience preferred; Fishbowl is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time hourly role
- Pay based on experience
