We are seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to launch and lead a brand-new practice in Maineville, Ohio. Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday
• Brand-new office with the opportunity to build the practice from the ground up
• Significant clinical autonomy and ownership of daily operations
• Supported by an established hearing healthcare network with locations across multiple states
• Primarily fit Starkey hearing technology
• Strong opportunity for long-term career growth and leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing
• Counsel and educate patients regarding hearing loss and treatment options
• Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids when appropriate
• Deliver exceptional follow-up care and ongoing patient support
• Build relationships within the community to help establish and grow the practice
• Create an outstanding patient experience that encourages referrals and long-term loyalty
