Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Cleveland, OH 44195

Contract Length: 15–16 weeks (flexible based on preference)

Shift: 3x12-hour shifts, Day/Night Rotating (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Payrate: $55 - $60/hr

Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for an exciting job in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care on medical-surgical telemetry units.

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes.

• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document patient responses.

• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary staff, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with hospital standards.

• Uphold patient safety, quality, and patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license.

• Minimum 2 Years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted).

• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

• Must successfully complete ECG Rhythm Recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
