Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Data Entry / Administrative Support professional to assist with SOX audit preparation efforts in a fully remote capacity. This role will focus on coordinating outreach via email and Microsoft Teams to business leaders for audit evidence collection, tracking responses, and accurately uploading received documentation into Monday.com. This individual will not be responsible for data analysis but must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Success in this role requires excellent organization, professionalism, and business acumen, along with the ability to work standard business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET). Prior experience in administrative support, data entry, data management, or familiarity with Monday.com is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
