Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team in Rio Grande, OH. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. If you have a passion for landscaping and enjoy working outdoors, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities- Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds equipment and tools.
- Plant, prune, and fertilize trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Ensure proper watering and irrigation of plants and lawns.
- Remove debris, leaves, and litter from grounds to maintain cleanliness.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of outdoor events and activities.
- Monitor and report any issues related to grounds maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is a plus.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
