We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team in Montgomery, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting attorneys in foreclosure, replevin, eviction, and related litigation matters.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the input of client data into the firm’s case management system
- Review and audit input data to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Handle replevin actions, including drafting pleadings, managing case timelines, and coordinating with law enforcement or court officers when applicable
- Assist with foreclosure and eviction case preparation and document management
- Manage electronic court filings (e-filing) in applicable jurisdictions
- Track deadlines, hearing dates, and court schedules to ensure compliance
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client files
- Respond to client inquiries and provide status updates on active matters
- Support attorneys with hearing preparation, trial preparation, and file organization
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court rules
- Train new team members on internal processes and case management procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case progression
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate required
- 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Experience in foreclosure, replevin, or eviction litigation preferred
- Demonstrated experience handling replevin actions, including drafting pleadings and managing timelines
- Proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic court filing systems
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, litigation procedures, and court rules
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients and team members with professionalism and courtesy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
