What Youll Do As a PSSR, youll own your territory and act as a trusted advisor for customers. Youll: Build and grow relationships by visiting customers on-site Sell solutions from OEM/aftermarket parts to service contracts, inspections, extended warranties, and more Provide post-sale follow-up and limited technical support Identify new business opportunities and bring dormant accounts back to life Share the latest tools, technology, and promotions that help your customers succeed Represent Southeasterns commitment to service, integrity, and performance ?? How Youll Succeed Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets Log daily customer visits and interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) Track and close sales opportunities Generate leads for equipment sales and long-term contracts Stay current on products, services, and tech solutions Your Toolkit Strong communication skills youre confident talking to anyone, anywhere A self-starter attitude youre motivated, organized, and results-focused Technical interest or mechanical aptitude (dont worry, we train too!) 4+ years of experience in sales, service, or parts (preferred) High School Diploma or GED (required); Technical or College Degree a plus Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout your territory Your Territory This is a field-based role with 80% travel in your assigned area. Most travel is within 12 hours of your home branch. You may attend occasional overnight training or vendor events. The Physical Side Youll be on job sites, around big machines, and in the field.
