Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced General Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans while collaborating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Care delivery emphasizes clinical excellence, cultural competence, and adherence to professional nursing standards.

Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma in Nursing (Required)
- BSN (Preferred)
Certifications & Licensure:
- Active RN License (State or Compact)
- BLS Certification (AHA)

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and high-acuity setting
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
