Med/Surg Tele RN.
Auto offer - 3x12\'s only
D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may bevariable, if needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital, Facilitywill do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right torotate them if necessary.
Must have minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetryexperience.
Must have 18 months PERM experience in specialty applyingfor prior to travel assignments.
Must have perm ohio license or compact state in hand
AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certrequired.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will becompleted during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments isrequired.
Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hoursworked.
