• Sell supplementary services by notifying the customer of service specials or any additional work that is needed on their vehicle.

• Answering phones and screening calls.
• Greeting customers when they come in.
• Helping Senior Service Advisor with Estimates as needed.
• Parts Ordering and handling in accordance with the company policies.
• Data entry, text messaging, mailings and general sales skills.
• Keeping area looks professional and organized.
