• Ensure all subcontractors maintain current safety plans, certifications, and compliance documentation on site
Quality Control
• Implement and enforce Forge Construction’s quality control program; conduct regular inspections at critical milestones to verify work meets plans, specifications, and company standards
• Identify and resolve quality deficiencies promptly; hold subcontractors accountable for rework and corrective action
• Coordinate owner, architect, and third-party inspections; ensure timely resolution of all inspection comments and punch list items
Subcontractor & Trade Coordination
• Lead daily and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings; drive accountability for schedule adherence, manpower levels, and work quality
• Monitor and document subcontractor performance; escalate performance issues to the project manager with supporting documentation
