We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.

Hours/Pay

• 6:00am-2:30pm and weekends if you want overtime
• Starts out at $18.00 and hires in at $19.98 after 90 days and $21.98 after 6 months

Duties

• Operate hand tools and power tools to fabricate components as per specifications.
• Assemble products on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize forklifts for material handling within the warehouse environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Responsible for Assembling parts, cleaning, moving parts, assist with stock
• Maintain the highest degree of quality
• GED or Diploma required

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required.
• A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications is beneficial.
