Onsite Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Onsite Recruiter to join our onsite team at in Streetsboro, OH. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and have a knack for finding the right talent for the job, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our manufacturing team—from the initial application to the candidate's first day on the floor. Responsibilities

• Source & Select: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews for various manufacturing roles.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the post-offer process, including initiating and tracking background checks, drug screens, and new-hire paperwork.

• Talent Coaching: Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide supportive coaching to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.

• Systems Management: Utilize our recruiting systems/HRIS to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and facility goals.
