SharePoint Administrator - 304696
Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to support the United States Air Force Life Cycle Command Center (AFLCMC). This role involves managing SharePoint environments, ensuring security compliance, and providing technical support to optimize collaboration and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
- SharePoint Management:
- Administer, secure, and maintain SharePoint services.
- Manage user access and troubleshoot issues.
- Customization and Development:
- Collaborate on SharePoint solutions and enhancements.
- Develop applications and features.
- Security and Compliance:
- Enforce security measures and compliance with DoD standards.
- Assist in audit preparations and documentation.
- Backup and Recovery:
- Establish data backup and recovery procedures.
- Conduct regular tests for business continuity.
- User Support:
- Provide user training and prompt technical support.
- Performance Optimization:
- Analyze usage patterns and recommend optimizations.
- Monitor system resources and scaling strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain documentation and generate performance reports.
- SharePoint Solution Development:
- Create custom SharePoint applications using Power Apps, tailored to meet the specific needs of various departments within the Air Force.
- Workflow Automation:
- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and ensure data accuracy.
- Data Integration:
- Integrate SharePoint with other systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Customization and Configuration:
- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries to optimize data organization and user experience.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SharePoint solutions.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint solutions, workflows, and configurations for reference and compliance purposes.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure data security and compliance with Air Force and government regulations in all SharePoint solutions and workflows.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify information management needs and develop solutions to address them.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SharePoint administration experience.
- Proficiency in SharePoint 2013, 2016, or SharePoint Online.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Active Secret clearance
- A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
