Basic Functions and Scope of Job:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for driving Modula’s talent pipeline and improving time-to-fill metrics with high-quality candidates. This role involves hiring managers, leadership, and community organizations to attract, engage, and onboard top talent. The coordinator also supports broader HR initiatives including onboarding and talent development programs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition and recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, community outreach, schools) to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and pre-employment processes
  • Support new hire onboarding to ensure engaging employee experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (Paylocity) and recruitment metrics
  • Strong recruiting format and able to use multiple ATS platforms to gain positive results
  • Partner with leadership to improve retention and reduce turnover
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good recruiting track record
  • Able to meet time-to-fill metrics of 30-40 days
  • Create and maintain accurate recruiting metrics
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recruitment or HR experience (manufacturing environment a plus)
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FLSA, EEOA, OSHA, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS/ATS (Paylocity & LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
