You will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, support day-to-day account needs, and help maintain long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

• 
  1+ year of experience in client services, account coordination, or administrative roles.

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.

• 
  Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
