We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate who will play a critical role in ensuring top-tier service delivery to our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, support day-to-day account needs, and help maintain long-term client satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, problem-solving, and maintaining professional relationships.
Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Coordinate client needs and collaborate with internal departments to meet expectations.
Resolve client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain detailed client records and track engagement activity.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management and clients as needed.
Support client onboarding and provide clear guidance throughout the process.
Assist with administrative and project management tasks related to client accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
1+ year of experience in client services, account coordination, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $61,000 annually
