Job Title: Financial Representative Jr.
Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Financial Representatives . This role is primarily focused on handling high-volume inbound calls within a call center environment , providing exceptional support to clients in the financial services sector .
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound client calls regarding brokerage accounts, cash management products, online and mobile platforms, and general account or financial inquiries.
- Deliver accurate, efficient, and professional service while consistently meeting departmental performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of brokerage operations, financial products, and digital service tools.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a busy service center.
Qualifications:
- College Degree OR previous contact center / call center experience from 2 - 5 years (financial services background strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to delivering world-class customer service.
