Lead Developer / Architect (Process Intelligence)

• Data Architecture & ETL: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Design and implement robust ETL\/ELT pipelines to extract data from source systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) into the Celonis Intelligent Business Cloud (IBC). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Process Modeling: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Utilize <\/span><\/span> PQL (Process Query Language)<\/span><\/span><\/b> —which is Celonis’s version of SQL—to build complex process models and analytical dashboards. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Strategic Leadership: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Act as the primary technical point of contact in Columbus, advising stakeholders on how to translate business "pain points" into technical data requirements. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Performance Tuning: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Optimize large\-scale data transformations to ensure real\-time or near\-real\-time visibility into process bottlenecks. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Strong SQL & ETL experience \- Python, Snowflake, PySpark <\/span>

  • Experience with ERP data (SAP is the gold standard here – and\/or Oracle, SFDC, ServiceNow)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Stakeholder management; ability to explain "The Why"<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Change management experience <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
