Building Maintenance Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of facility structures and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Complete drywall repair, painting, and minor construction tasks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate preventative maintenance records Follow safety procedures, including
• Lockout/Tagout, and communicate daily updates

Building Maintenance Associate Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions Basic k
• nowledge of hand and power tools, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
