We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives, assisting in crafting professional written content, managing documentation, and supporting the team in ensuring that all communications are aligned with brand tone and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting internal memos, professional letters, and corporate updates

• Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders

• Support the development and proofreading of written content for various projects

• Maintain organized documentation of communications and key messaging

• Help prepare presentation materials and written reports

• Respond to general inquiries and relay messages accurately and promptly

• Ensure all communications adhere to company standards and style guidelines

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and formatting

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Previous experience in an administrative or communications-related role is a plus
