Location: Strongsville, OH 44149
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (Approx. 6:00am–3:00pm, Flexible) | No Weekends
Compensation: $30–$40/hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Available
Total Earnings Potential: $100k+ with OT
Bonus: Annual profit-share opportunity

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing industrial service and distribution organization specializing in pumps, blowers, valves, and rotating equipment. Due to continued growth, they are actively hiring a Senior Service Technician to support increasing service demand in the Strongsville market.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong experience working on pumps, rotating equipment, industrial machinery, or related mechanical systems. The company offers long-term stability, paid technical training, strong leadership, and consistent overtime opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform precision overhauls and repairs on pumps, blowers, valves, agitators, and rotating equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and troubleshoot industrial equipment issues.
• Install and replace bearings, seals, couplings, V-belts, motors, and related mechanical components.
• Support field service work at customer facilities as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and repair specifications.
• Communicate repair recommendations and findings with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following OSHA standards.
• Work on a wide variety of industrial mechanical systems and rotating equipment.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with pumps, rotating equipment, blowers, valves, or related industrial mechanical systems.
• Experience performing pump rebuilds, seal replacements, bearing replacements, alignments, and rotating equipment repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot industrial mechanical equipment failures.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer-service mindset.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Day shift only with flexible start time.
