The Role

This isn't just "sales"---it's a technical consulting role. You will evaluate pavement conditions, identify defects, and prepare detailed estimates for repair or replacement. You will manage the full lifecycle from lead response and prospecting to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships through on-site visits and regular communication.
• Technical Estimating: Use industry software to calculate material, labor, and timelines accurately.
• Lead Management: Respond promptly to inquiries and proactively pursue new commercial/industrial accounts.
• Site Inspections: Conduct thorough pavement evaluations to recommend the best long-term solutions.
• Networking: Represent Shamrock at local trade shows and industry events.

What We Are Looking For

• Industry Experience: 1+ year in sales/estimating within construction, paving, or sealcoating.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of asphalt techniques, sealcoating, and pavement maintenance.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and estimating software.
• Mobility: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (Required).
• Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
