At Clearwater Systems we provide customers with better water for their homes and businesses. Our warehouse is where we keep everything to make that happen. We're seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to ensure the smooth flow of operations in our warehouse. Job Description:
The Operations Associate plays an important role in maintaining order within our warehouse. Key responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing equipment, parts, materials, and tools. Accuracy and timeliness are vital in all job functions.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the processing of inventory
- Double checks correct products and quantities
- Validates (count) quantity on hand of current inventory
- Sorts, organizes and labels inventory
- Processes and records inventory movements
- Assist in retail functions
- Processes POS transactions at cash register
- Loads customer's vehicles with products
- Assist in facility maintenance
- Helps to keep facility clean and hazard free
- Driving vehicles
- Pickup / drop-off vehicles or products with a company vehicle
Qualifications:
- Safe Driving Record
- Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to operate tow motor/forklift safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer programs for inventory management.
- Willingness to perform various tasks to maintain warehouse orderliness.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
