We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of commercial A/V integration projects. This role requires expertise in project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering, installation, and programming teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage procurement processes and oversee the delivery of A/V equipment and materials.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to review project progress and address any concerns.
• Lead internal and subcontracted teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate communication between sales, design, and technical teams for optimal collaboration.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including change orders, punch lists, and close-out packages.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial A/V installations.
• PMP Certification or equivalent qualifications demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT project management and related processes.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Atlassian Jira.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
