  • Communicate training needs, available courses, and online resources to learners and leadership as appropriate.

  • Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities provided by Senior Trainers.

  • Explain complex, difficult, or sensitive information in a clear and respectful manner to diverse audiences.

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a corporate training environment.

  • Ability to work 100% onsite in a training facility and travel as needed.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data center tools, infrastructure components, and best practices.

  • Experience coordinating enrollment, schedules, and training logistics for multiple cohorts.

  • Ability to assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and learner feedback.

  • Experience documenting performance outcomes and creating data-driven training reports.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus and should be noted on the resume.

  • Openness to mentorship from Trainers and commitment to continuous professional development.
