Maintenance Technician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Youngstown, OH In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for keeping things running efficiently, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
