Marketing digital design specialist

Position Overview:

As our Marketing & Digital Design Specialist , you’ll lead the creative direction of our marketing efforts. You’ll design digital and print materials, manage our social media presence, and build engaging campaigns that grow brand awareness and sales.

You’ll be the voice and visual storyteller of our shop — from eye-catching Instagram posts to clean, modern signage and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:
• Design marketing materials including flyers, social media content, digital ads, and in-store visuals.
• Develop consistent, high-quality branding across all channels.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) — creating content that builds community and drives engagement.
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Track analytics to optimize reach and performance.
• Brand Development:
• Help shape the brand’s look, voice, and personality.
• Collaborate with management on creative direction and marketing strategy.
• Photography & Video:
• Capture and edit product photos and short-form videos for social content.
• Maintain a visually appealing and professional online presence.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , Canva , or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of photography and short-form video editing.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Interest or familiarity with smoke shop culture and lifestyle is a plus.
