  • Coordinate and monitor learner enrollment, class rosters, and training schedules to ensure smooth delivery of multiple sessions.

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Support the conceptualization, design, and development of new training modules, labs, and materials as technologies and requirements evolve.

  • Communicate available training resources, online materials, and learning tools to learners and stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop Associate Trainers, providing guidance on instructional techniques and content mastery.

  • Travel as needed to deliver training or support training initiatives at other locations.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a corporate training environment.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience delivering technical training or instruction to adult learners in a classroom or lab environment.

  • Experience in telecom, data center operations, or infrastructure deployment projects.

  • Familiarity with next-generation data center tools, structured cabling standards, and infrastructure best practices.

  • Experience creating, reviewing, or refining technical training materials, labs, and assessments.

  • Ability to gather and interpret training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.

You will spend the majority of your time-at least three-quarters of each week-delivering classroom and lab-based training to adult learners, using structured curricula, hands-on labs, and standard office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. The position involves regular use of training labs, structured cabling equipment, and data center-related tools, along with routine classroom setup and daily cleaning to maintain a professional and organized learning space.
