Upscale Club Mixologist

Aramark at Rocket Arena is seeking a Mixologist to join our team for the 2025-26 Cavs Season at our new all-inclusive fine dining club opening this season.
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing signature drinks, helping to manage the bar inventory and ensuring top-tier guest experience.

Our ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has experience in a similar role.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $25.00 to $25.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

Job Responsibilities

• Design and craft unique and classic cocktails
• Manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure accurate measurements and quality in every drink
• Interact with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences
• Train and mentor junior bar staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Uphold all safety and alcohol regulations
• Required Skills & Experience
• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktail recipes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Creative flair for designing unique beverages
