What You’ll Do

• Respond to new & existing clients requests and assess their needs – no cold calling!
• Evaluate, propose, create/design, and sell a full range of landscaping maintenance & install services: landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, pest control, tree & shrub work, handyman projects, and snow/ice management
• Communicate the job clearly between the client, you and the production team

Requirements

• Experience in the Green Industry
• Knowledge of General Landscape Maintenance, Plant ID & Install, Tree/Shrub Removal/Stump Grinding, Lawncare/Seeding/Mowing, Hardscaping Design Build, Pruning, Handyman Services, and Snow/Ice Management
• Communication & Creativity to help clients
• Strong multitasking ability
• Training to meet ISA Certified Arborist & OCNT Landscape Certification standards
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Commission Structure: $45,000–$60,000 base + 3% commission = $70k-$95k potential. Sales Volume: $750K – $1.1M per salesperson
