Charge Nurse RN – Full-Time Days

Pay: $35.10–$39.89/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour Day Shift (6:00am–6:00pm)
Walnut Hills is hiring a Charge Nurse (RN) for our skilled nursing / long-term care community. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience who is passionate about senior care, patient-centered care, and team leadership.

Charge Nurse RN Responsibilities
- Supervise and support CNAs/STNAs in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Provide direct patient care, assessments, and clinical oversight
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and care plans
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, state regulations, and documentation requirements
- Promote a team-based approach to resident care and patient outcomes
RN Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Ohio
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
