CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver Paid Training Steady Weekly Pay
If you’ve recently earned your CDL-A and want a stable start, this is your lane. We offer paid training, guaranteed weekly income while you learn, and dependable miles once you’re ready to roll solo.Our goal is simple — to help you become a confident, successful driver with a company that values your time and effort.
Pay & Training
- You’ll receive a guaranteed weekly salary during your 4–6 week mentor program.
- Once solo, most drivers earn $1,300 to $1,500 weekly,
- Top performers reaching $1,700 or more with performance bonuses.
- Safety and reliability incentives are available every month, and orientation is paid.
Job Details
- Freight is 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight, about 60 percent drop and hook.
- Drivers are home every other week for 34–48 hours.
- You’ll run throughout CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA, UT, ID, and NM.
- Assigned late-model automatic trucks — Freightliner, Kenworth, and International — are equipped with APUs, and can be taken home during time off.
- Pet and rider policies apply after training completion.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.
- Must pass DOT physical and hair plus urine drug screening.
- No SAP participation, DUI, or DWI within the past five years.
- Consistent employment history with no major gaps.
