Job Title: Apartment Groundskeeper / Porter
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Porter to join our maintenance team and help keep our community looking its best.

Job Summary:
As the Groundskeeper/Porter , you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment grounds, common areas, and amenities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and attractive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, fitness center, and pool areas (if applicable)
• Pick up trash and debris around the property and parking lots
• Clean and prepare vacant units for showing
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and seasonal duties (snow removal, landscaping, etc.)
• Sweep sidewalks, curbs, and other high-traffic outdoor areas
• Report any safety hazards or needed repairs to the maintenance supervisor
• Assist with moving furniture, appliances, or other materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial, porter, groundskeeping, or general maintenance preferred
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have valid ID and reliable transportation
