The seat we are trying to fill

We are hiring a marketing leader. Not a coordinator; not a content hand. This role owns the story our firm tells, the channels we tell it through, and the revenue that our story produces. You will set strategy, run the budget, hold vendors accountable, and own the number at the bottom of the page.

If you have spent a career waiting for someone to hand you a bigger canvas, this is it.

Who we are looking for

A marketer with a track record. You have built campaigns that moved real numbers — leads, signed cases, revenue — and you can point to them. You write well enough to be the lead voice across every channel we touch, and you have the strategic judgment to decide which channels are worth the investment in the first place.

You are equal parts storyteller and operator. You can craft a narrative that lands, then read the dashboard that tells you whether it worked. When the data disagrees with the instinct, you update the instinct.

You know SEO well enough to guide it. You have run a content calendar across brands and platforms without losing the thread. And when something hard lands on your desk, your first reaction is "Let’s get to it.”

What you will own

• Revenue-producing content. Lead-gen across social, blog, newsletters, paid, case studies, and events. Success is measured in signed cases and referral partners, not impressions.
• The number. You own a pipeline target. Marketing here exists to produce results, not visibility — and the scoreboard is public.
• Brand voice across the portfolio. One coherent voice per brand, aligned to mission and values, consistent from a direct-mail piece to a 30-second reel.
• The calendar and the campaigns. A centralized content calendar across brands and channels, plus the strategic campaigns — social, community, direct mail — that drive awareness and conversion.
• SEO and outside vendors. Working knowledge deep enough to brief, grade, and hold agency partners accountable to measurable outcomes.
• Community presence. Strategic relationships in the markets we serve — the in-person, offline work that compounds over years.
• Execution. Projects ship on time. Milestones are hit. Nothing lives in a half-finished Google Doc for three months.
