Care Partner Position
Position: Care Partner
Type: Full‑Time
Location: Westlake, Ohio
Sign‑on Bonus: $3,000
Starting Wage: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Shift Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 am–7:00 pm
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am–7:00 pm
Responsibilities

- Proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL)—bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude that loves residents.
- Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day; actively engaged physically.
- Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking and after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
